How do I connect a tool?
An owner or admin connects it once on the dashboard (Integrations). Everyone in the workspace can then send captures there.
Can captures post automatically?
Yes, for Slack and Microsoft Teams: turn on auto-post and every new capture appears in the chosen channel.
Do the link’s rules still apply?
Yes. The post carries the short link, and whoever opens it goes through the same password, sign-in and expiry rules.
